By accessing or using RouteFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

RouteFlow provides an online platform connecting customers with service providers for booking appointments. Our service includes:

  • Route-optimized scheduling for service providers
  • Online booking system for customers
  • Location-based availability optimization
  • Communication tools between parties
3. User Accounts

3.1 Service Provider Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • One person or business per account

3.2 Customer Use

Customers can book services without creating an account, but must provide accurate contact information.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Tier

  • Up to 10 bookings per month
  • Basic features only
  • No payment required

4.2 Basic & Pro Tiers

  • Monthly subscription fee as displayed on pricing page
  • Billed automatically via Stripe
  • Can cancel anytime - subscription ends at period end
  • No refunds for partial months

4.3 Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. You must provide valid payment information. If payment fails, your account may be downgraded or suspended.

5. Booking and Cancellation

5.1 Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate contact and location information
  • Be available at the scheduled time
  • Cancel in advance if unable to attend

5.2 Service Provider Obligations

  • Maintain accurate availability
  • Honor confirmed bookings
  • Provide reasonable notice for cancellations
  • Deliver services as described

5.3 Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel an appointment. Cancellation policies and fees are set by individual service providers. RouteFlow is not responsible for disputes between customers and providers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission
  • Spam or harass other users
7. Intellectual Property

RouteFlow and its content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RouteFlow is a platform connecting customers with service providers. We:

  • Do not employ service providers
  • Are not responsible for the quality of services provided
  • Make no warranties about service availability or accuracy
  • Are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RouteFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RouteFlow shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between parties
  2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
  3. Governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]
12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
